SUPERHOT CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH QUINOA AND SUPERHOT NAGA HOT SAUCE

Elevate your chicken skewers with a side of quinoa salad and a drizzle of SuperHot Naga hot sauce.

Ingredients: For the skewers:

  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 200 gr of chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 tbsp of BBQ seasoning/chicken seasoning For the quinoa side salad:
  • 70 gr of cooked quinoa
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp of red onion, diced Top with:
  • SuperHot Naga hot sauce

Recipe Tips:

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.

Method of Preparation:

  1. Mix the chicken with oil and seasoning.
  2. Skewer on wooden skewers.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until nice color shows up all over and the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Mix the quinoa salad ingredients and serve.
  5. Top with the cooked skewers and drizzle with SuperHot Naga hot sauce.
