Get ready for some heat with these hot wings coated in Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine hot sauce.
Ingredients:

6 wings, cut into two parts

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tbsp of oil

30 gr of butter
-
100 ml of Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine hot sauce
Serve with: -
Carrot and celery sticks

Ranch sauce
Recipe Tips:

Flip the wings halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
Method of Preparation:

Drizzle the wings with oil and season with salt and black pepper.

Place on the oven rack, and cook for 50 minutes in a hot oven, set to 180C - flipping them halfway through.

Melt the butter in a hot pan and add in the sauce - mix nicely and take it off the heat.

When the wings are ready - toss in the sauce so they coat nicely.

Serve with ranch sauce, celery and carrot sticks.
