HOT WINGS WITH TRINIDAD SCORPION AND CLEMENTINE HOT SAUCE

Get ready for some heat with these hot wings coated in Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine hot sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 6 wings, cut into two parts

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp of oil

  • 30 gr of butter

  • 100 ml of Trinidad Scorpion and Clementine hot sauce

    Serve with:

  • Carrot and celery sticks

  • Ranch sauce

 

Recipe Tips:

  • Flip the wings halfway through cooking for even crispiness.

Method of Preparation:

  1. Drizzle the wings with oil and season with salt and black pepper.

  2. Place on the oven rack, and cook for 50 minutes in a hot oven, set to 180C - flipping them halfway through.

  3. Melt the butter in a hot pan and add in the sauce - mix nicely and take it off the heat.

  4. When the wings are ready - toss in the sauce so they coat nicely.

  5. Serve with ranch sauce, celery and carrot sticks.
