Enjoy a sweet and spicy combination of crispy chicken and waffles drizzled with Habanero and Tomatillo hot sauce.
Ingredients: For the chicken:
- 200 gr of chicken thighs, cut in two pieces
- 50 gr of flour
- 1 egg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 30 gr of butter
- 100 ml of Habanero and Tomatillo hot sauce
- Fresh thyme

Recipe Tips:
- Double-dip the chicken in flour for an extra crispy coating.
Method of Preparation:
- Season the flour with salt and black pepper.
- Dip the chicken in flour, then egg, then in flour again.
- Deep fry for 5-6 minutes until golden brown and ready.
- Melt the butter in a hot pan and add in the sauce and fresh thyme.
- Take it off the heat and mix nicely until smooth.
- Dip the fried chicken in the sauce so it coats nicely.
- Serve over the waffles.
