An Italian ciabatta sandwich packed with meats, cheese, and fresh veggies, brought to life with a generous drizzle of Jalapeno and Date hot sauce.
Ingredients:
- Ciabatta bread, cut in half
- 2 tbsp of mayo
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 3 slices of ham
- Salami
- Pepperoni
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Red onions, sliced
- Provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp of Jalapeno and Date hot sauce
Recipe Tips:
- Toast the ciabatta lightly before adding the ingredients for extra crunch.
Method of Preparation:
- Spread mayo on both ciabatta halves.
- Top one side with provolone and the other with the meat slices.
- Cook for 5 minutes at 180C with the grill on to melt the cheese.
- Add shredded lettuce, red onions, and sliced tomatoes.
- Drizzle with Jalapeno and Date hot sauce and close the sandwich.
- Cut in half and enjoy.
