Ingredients:
- 4 corn tortillas
- 100 gr of pulled chicken (from leftover wings or drumsticks)
- 50 gr of cheddar cheese, grated
Top with:

Recipe Tips:
- Use leftover chicken to save time and enhance the flavour with a quick reheat.
Method of Preparation:
- In a medium hot pan, place one tortilla.
- Top with cheese, meat, more cheese and cover with the other tortilla.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese inside has melted and the tortilla has a nice golden brown color all over.
- Serve with Scotch Bonnet and Caribbean Spices hot sauce on top.
