CHICKEN QUESADILLAS WITH SCOTCH BONNET AND CARIBBEAN SPICES HOT SAUCE

A quick and tasty chicken quesadilla recipe that gets a spicy upgrade with Scotch Bonnet and Caribbean Spices hot sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 100 gr of pulled chicken (from leftover wings or drumsticks)
  • 50 gr of cheddar cheese, grated

    Top with:

  • Scotch Bonnet and Caribbean Spices hot sauce

Recipe Tips:

  • Use leftover chicken to save time and enhance the flavour with a quick reheat.

Method of Preparation:

  1. In a medium hot pan, place one tortilla.
  2. Top with cheese, meat, more cheese and cover with the other tortilla.
  3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese inside has melted and the tortilla has a nice golden brown color all over.
  4. Serve with Scotch Bonnet and Caribbean Spices hot sauce on top.
